Cancellation fees and charges vary depending on the service you have booked. Please review the details below.

Air Ticket Cancellations & Changes

Cancelling or changing a ticket after issuance is subject to the cancellation/change fees set by the airline's fare rules.
In addition, our own ticketing, change-handling, and refund-handling fees apply. Please see Fees (PDF) for details.
Our ticketing fee is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Hotel & Transfer Cancellations

Once an arrangement is confirmed, cancellation fees may apply according to the cancellation policy of the hotel or transfer provider.
Cancellation fees may increase closer to the date of use, so please plan accordingly.
Our own arrangement fee is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Visa Agency Cancellations

If you cancel after the application process has begun, you will be charged for the agency fee corresponding to the work already completed.
Application fees already paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable.
